Some Mexicans are fleeing the current fighting on the U.S.-Mexican border and crossing over into Texas. In other parts of Mexico mayors, governors and the wealthy are leaving their homes and offices, also for the safety of Texas. But the border remains essentially open as part of a permanent U.S. policy which works toward official open borders and the free flow of people throughout North America.
(Feb. 22, 2010, Ciudad Mier, Mexico) “Caravans of armored utility vehicles crammed with gunmen firing automatic rifles prowled the streets. Parents pulled their children from schools. The town of 6,000 went dark every time the combatants shot out the transformers. In May, a man was hanged alive from a tree in the central plaza and dismembered while town folk heard the screaming from behind shuttered doors.”
The fighting between the Gulf Cartel and the Zetas for supremacy resumed on November 7, shortly after Tony Tormenta, head of the Gulf Cartel, was killed. The Zetas had an understanding with the local government of Ciudad Mier and this town became a major battleground for control of the drug cartel. Both sides as well as the Mexican Army used machine guns and grenades in the fighting. The “monster” in the photo is a 10-wheel gravel truck used by the Zetas. One of its features was a freight box covered in steel plates with firing positions for 10 men. It was destroyed in the latest fighting by the Gulf Cartel, Nov. 19, 2010.
“Signs leading into the town were pocked with hundreds of bullet holes, along with every major building in town.” The town’s police department was captured at the start of the violence and never seen again. Later a number “of decapitated heads from unknown victims were discovered on the outskirts of town.”
The Mexican government, according to The Monitor, was sending “about three thousand soldiers, naval forces and federal police…to towns along the small border (Frontera Chica) to provide security so displaced residents could return home.”
Mexican residents along the border with Texas, however, continue to cross into the U.S. This interaction along the border is common since most of the border is invisible, manageable in good times but out of control when the situation deteriorates. That happened when Bill Clinton did a favor for his predecessor George H.W. Bush, and pushed NAFTA through Congress. Since then this trade agreement has been a disaster for citizens of Mexico and the United States.
Millions of Mexican farmers lost their income when American corn produced on factory farms was sent across the border. Those unemployed farmers headed north to the United States. American companies also set up factories across the border with Mexico for their cheap labor. Then companies discovered that factories in Asia had even cheaper labor and many jobs were sent there, with more job losses for Mexicans. This added to the illegal immigration problem and the growing solidarity of Mexicans with a score to settle with the U.S.
This unchecked flow of Mexicans into first, the Southwest United States, and now across America, has contributed to the movement that has been ongoing since the unofficial declaration of the invasion of America on July 20, 1982 in the Mexican newspaper Excelsior. This invasion, or reconquista, is a reconquering of the Southwest United States from the white Europeans, who “stole” it from them in the Mexican/American War of 1848. This theme is embedded in the mind of every Mexican and reinforced by the school system there and in a few places in the U.S.
This is an excerpt from “The Great Invasion: Mexico Recovers Its Own.” Carlos de la Mola:
“A peaceful mass of people, hardworking, carries out slowly and patiently an unstoppable invasion, the most important in human history. You cannot give me a similar example of such a large migratory wave by an ant-like multitude, stubborn, unarmed, and carried on in the face of the most powerful and best-armed nation on earth.
“But neither barbed-wire fences, nor aggressive border guards, nor campaigns, nor laws, nor police raids against the undocumented, have stopped this movement of the masses that is unprecedented in any part of the world.”
“…today they are called ‘Chicanos.’ They have marked social and family characteristics, agility for adapting to the environment and for conquering a great region, once primitive and virgin, that belonged to our fatherland, and we lost it. But it seems to be slowly returning to the jurisdiction of Mexico without the firing of a single shot, nor requiring the least diplomatic action, by means of a steady, spontaneous, and uninterrupted occupation.” Read the whole article and know your enemy.
President Obama and Janet Napolitano have alluded to the border being impossible to secure completely and on other occasions have declared that our border with Mexico has never been more secure. The fact is that the border must remain open for this integrated North American Community to be built. So any talk about sending in forces to secure the border and eject illegals is just chatter. No one in government wants that to happen, although it could. The three organizations responsible for the dissolution of the sovereign United States and the construction of a European Union type of governance for the integrated continental trading region are:
The Council on Foreign Relations
Consejo Mexicano de Asuntos Internacionales
Canadian Council of Chief Executives (CCCE)
The initial guide for this North American Community can be found on the CCCE website. This independent Task Force on the Future of North America that published “Creating a North American Community” also published Building a North American Community shortly after the SPP agreement was SIGNED by the three leaders on March 23, 2005, according to at least four sources. The White House, on its website, stated that Bush did not sign the SPP Agreement. This “Building a North American Community” is the road map which is being put together by the NACC (the North American Competitiveness Council). It was established as a permanent corporate institution for North America, an advisory organization that plans the growth and rules of this economic region.
This will give you some basics about the NACC, (10 CEOS from each nation), appointed to meet with the president’s ministers and tell them what regulations and legislation they need to implement and they follow through. The ministers for the U.S. are the Secretary of State, Secretary of Commerce, and the Secretary of Homeland Security. The initial members for the United States branch of the NACC included Wal-Mart, General Motors and Whirlpool. These private members of this public/private partnership are the senior partners of this agreement to govern North America. Did any of you agree to this new type of governance?
It appears that these CEOs are still meeting and advising President Obama. Thomas P. d’Aquino, CEO and President of the Canadian Council of Chief Executives (CCCE) ,on October 4, 2009, said:
“When President Obama came to power, he faced a lot of pressure to shelve the SPP (Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America) and not follow through with the NACC because his advisors were looking for an institution that would also involve environmentalists, union leaders, et al. But at the North American Leaders Summit in Guadalajara this summer, President Calderon and Prime Minister Harper both told President Obama that the NACC was very useful. In fact, the Canadian NACC group met with our prime minister and his key ministers for an hour and a half on the eve of his departure for the Guadalajara summit. He said that, regardless of whether the NACC continues formally on a trilateral basis, he welcomes our advice on trilateral issues.”
The Canadian Council of Chief Executives website on Creating a North American Community was expanded into the plan for Building a North American Community and became the road map for North American integration. From the Chairman’s Statement:
“When the leaders of Canada, Mexico, and the United States meet in Texas on March 23, 2005, they will be representing countries whose futures are shared as never before…We are three liberal democracies…ensuring equality of opportunity for our citizens and achieving a reasonable balance between the market and the state.” (And again, who will be the senior partner in charge of North America?)
“The ever deepening integration of North America promises enormous benefits for its citizens…As government officials, we wrestled on a daily basis with the challenges that North America confronts. Now, as private citizens, we are able to reflect more systematically on these challenges and to articulate a long-term vision of how to meet them.”
There are other projects proposed for a North American Community by this group of civilians (CEOs) which are being implemented now. One project has been slipped into legislation for over 5 years and failed to pass Congress. A few members of Congress (John McCain) know the purpose of the security perimeter but most have no idea. Hiding the reason for this common security perimeter from the American public is essentially allowing a slow motion overthrow of our government. Two of those bills are H.R. 4321 and S.3932, comprehensive immigration amnesty bills, still in committee.
From the CCCE website is a plan for North America that is being put together by civilians away from the news media, which are also multinational corporations:
“To build on the advances of the past decade and to craft an agenda for the future, we propose the creation by 2010 of a community to enhance security, prosperity, and opportunity for all NORTH AMERICANS. To that end, we propose a community based on the premise that each member benefits from its neighbors success and is diminished by its problems.
“The boundaries of the community would be defined by a common external tariff and an outer security perimeter. Within this area, the movement of people and products would be legal, orderly, and safe. The overarching goal is to guarantee a free, safe, just, and prosperous North America.” (These are the steps taken when the goal is the integration of two or more nations in order to form a larger political entity.)
Over time these CEOs want this to happen:
“Over the longer term, it should be possible to rethink fundamentally the systems for national control of intracontinental travel and trade. This will be particularly true if the three countries make genuine progress toward establishing a common security perimeter. North America is different from Europe, of course, but it is instructive that the members of the European Union have managed largely to eliminate physical border controls…”
The comment about the EU’s free travel without “physical border controls” clearly shows that the United States is following that plan for ending the sovereign nation state and embracing regional and global governance. Hillary Clinton, as I’ve shown, has put Anne-Marie Slaughter, author of A New World Order, 2004, in charge of advancing U.S. participation in regional governance.
The CCCE site also has more “key” recommendations for this North American Community. The expanded version, Building a North American Community, pages 22, 31, 32, puts forth the “institutions necessary to sustain (govern) a North American Community.” They include:
A permanent trade tribunal for North America. The current appointed tribunal trumps every court in North America, including the U.S. Supreme Court, in its area of competence.
An annual North American summit meeting. Done
Strengthen government structures. Done
A North American Advisory Council. The name is the North American Competitiveness Council. Done.
A North American Inter-Parliamentary Group. Read the explanatory paragraph.
Americans across the nation have continued to criticize our government’s failure to secure our border with Mexico, from George W. Bush’s administration to that of President Obama. They have all kinds of solutions to secure the border and kick out the illegals. Here’s the catch. No president will back out of the agreement that the Democrats and Republicans have with corporate America. Mexicans, if not stopped and illegals returned home, will inundate our nation and it will be your worst nightmare. This is the real inconvenient truth.
