Bill Clinton lit the fire that will destroy the American worker. Literally. He signed NAFTA, a free trade agreement that allowed corporations to send American jobs to cheap labor in Mexico. These trade agreements are made to send American jobs to cheap labor in third world countries, and bring in workers from other countries by congress-approved work visas. The end game will be free labor mobility throughout North America when the outer perimeter is complete. President Obama announced he was building the Canada/United States part of the North American perimeter on Jan. 5, 2011 in Montreal. Mexico will finish the common border and the interior borders of the three nations will be opened, following the plan of the European Union.

“When President Bill Clinton signed off on the North American Free Trade Agreement and the General Agreement  on Trade &Tariffs in 1993, ….he quite literally slashed the economic throat of the United States. We’ve been hemorrhaging jobs to foreign nations like Communist China ever since.” (Carl F. Wooden)

Corporate CEOs and their body of advisers are, in fact, dictating to our leaders what legislation is needed for trade agreements and the integration of North America.

Some estimates are that we’ve lost 10 million good-paying  jobs since NAFTA, CAFTA and the trade agreement with China, when we sent millions of American jobs to the third world. George W. Bush then made an agreement with Canada and Mexico called the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America in Waco, Texas on March 23, 2005. Due to the criticism by the public for the secret meetings in which the leaders of North America conspired to integrate North America into a trading region of North America, they declared the SPP finished, done. Not s0.

It was just a ruse. The President of Mexico, the United States and the Prime Minister of Canada went underground (Yeah. Our leaders) and changed the name to the North American summit, a secret meeting with their “ministers” and CEOs from all three countries every year. The original group of corporate “advisers” included 10 CEOs from each nation. They are the one’s who are building a trading region of North America with regional governance and, initially, a mini-parliamentary body of legislators (page 32) from the nations of Canada, Mexico and the United States, plus cabinet level officials (also known as “ministers”). There will also be appointed tri-lateral members of regional agencies. A select number of legislators from all three governments meet and agree on rules and legislation for North America. The legislators have been meeting on regional integration since George W. Bush was in office. (The plan for this integration of North America is called “Building a North American Community” and can be found in the link above.)

(Did you vote for legislators and CEOs  from Canada and Mexico who are making regulations and  laws for America?)

The European Union and the United States are also working toward a permanent mini-EU-US parliament to integrate and harmonize their two regions. The  members of the U.S. Congress, the EU Parliament, the president, corporations (General Electric, AT&T, Microsoft) from the U.S. and the European Union, U.S. cabinet members and their counterparts in the EU are making regulations and laws that will do just that. Institutions of note involved include the Chamber of Commerce of the United States,  Chatham House and the Council on Foreign Relations.

(Did you vote for any of those European legislators and corporations who are making regulations and law for America?)

Note that Canada and Mexico are also integrating and harmonizing their nations with the EU so the economic integration of a North American region will not be a problem. This integration of the EU-US is for the express benefit of corporations and there is no rising tide to lift American workers.

Over the next few years the U.S. and the EU will have completed an economic and political integration. This is from page 31, the blueprint for EU-US integration (2011):

  • Encourage relevant committees of the European Parliament and the US Congress, under the guidance of their chairmen, to coordinate their actions where they have issues in common and to discuss, possibly scheduling parallel hearings on such issues.
  • One member of each relevant committee should be designated to act as the liaison person with its counterpart on the other side of the Atlantic. The European Parliament has established an office in Washington, DC. A similar action to establish a Congressional office in Brussels would help deepen legislative cooperation.
  • Strengthen the current legislators’ dialogue by enhancing plans to begin small group work between members of Congress and members of the Parliament on specific issues.
  • Lay the groundwork for eventual creation of a Transatlantic Assembly of legislators (a permanent EU-US mini-Parliament) from both sides of the Atlantic to discuss mutual regulatory and economic concerns and to hold to account the executive on both sides of the Atlantic. Click on link above and read page 31.

This Transatlantic Assembly currently consists of congressmen and legislators from the U.S. and the EU, plus cabinet level officers and presidents of both regions making laws and regulations that would harmonize the two. The American people never heard of it but it’s real and part of the future.

All regions of the world, including the Trans-Pacific Partnership when passed by the U.S. Congress, will be harmonized and there will be no priorities for the protection of labor and the environment.  With regional governance and global governance, Americans will no longer have any say in governance. Your vote will mean nothing. Legislation will be from corporations (as “advisers”) or approved of before they are enacted.

Mexican truck drivers can now deliver cargo from deep ports in Southwest Mexico and cross the border into the United States and deliver their goods without stopping at the border. Mexican cargo workers can unload ships at Mexican ports and Mexican drivers will soon deliver the cargo in the U.S. and Canada. More American workers will be out of jobs as cheap ports south of the border will take their places. The goal as I've explained it before is to cut American workers pay down to something closer to that of Mexican workers. The pay for Mexican auto workers assembling American cars in Mexico is $4.00 an hour, which includes benefits. The CEOs are still the most important figures in this plan to integrate North America. A main goal of these corporate CEOs is to have labor mobility throughout North America. The road map, Building a North American Community, calls for a “move to full labor mobility between Canada and the United States”…and later Mexico.

In the plan, “…Canada and the United States should consider eliminating all remaining barriers to the ability of their citizens to live and work in the other country.” (One region with everyone  a citizen of North America. No more USA.)

This free flow of labor is the most important part of the plan because it will bring about a drastic reduction of wages on the continent, allowing corporations to compete with the third world by becoming one political and economic region. The North American perimeter that Obama is building around the continent (including Mexico later on) will mean that the interior borders between Canada and the U.S.,  and between Mexico and the U.S., can be open for the “free flow of people”  and commerce throughout the interior of the perimeter.

This “would offer an important advantage  to employers in…(Canada and the United States)…”by giving them rapid access to a larger pool of (cheap) skilled labor…”

“In the long term, the two countries should work to extend this policy to Mexico as well, though doing so will not be practical until differentials between Mexico and its two North American neighbors have diminished considerably.” (pages 27, 28 from the first link at the top of this article.)

Note: Wikileaks has a message (Jan. 28, 2005) from the U.S. Ambassador in Montreal to Washington on how to keep the integration of North America a secret from the public in order for continental integration to advance without any roadblocks.

This is what it’s all about. The corporations are dictating to the leaders of North America on how to build this corporate Disney World, where the money piles up for them while the workers of America, if they have a job at all, will be in the category of the destitute working poor.

Unemployment will climb in the U.S. no matter who is president, because cheap labor in the third world is the reason why corporate CEOs have trillions of dollars off shore. They aren’t going to stop a good thing. It’s all about them. Barack Obama has already signed three trade agreements with no wording that guarantees protection for labor or the environment.

Slave labor and child labor in China and other Asian countries work long hours for 6 days a week and cheap wages with little or no benefits. That's why corporations will continue discarding American workers and hire those who have no power to stand up to harsh regimes and corporate greed. Now he is working on another trade agreement, the Trans-Pacific Partnership, which has been called the “NAFTA of the Pacific” because of the damage it will cause to American workers in lost jobs to countries such as Brunei, Chile, Singapore, Peru, Malaysia and Vietnam. (The article linked above is worth reading.)

Carl F. Wooden:

“What could be better for a typical American manufacturer? You get to avoid all U.S. payroll taxes, worker’s compensation costs and environmental regulations and hurdles. You no longer have to deal with unions and provide employee benefits like health insurance and retirement plans. You get to manufacture in China, Indonesia and similar foreign nations to your heart’s content, and you still get to sell your products to the U.S. consumer at the same or nearly the same cost as before.” This was published in 2007 but is still valid and the situation is becoming more dire every day.

Governments are planning, more like ringing their hands, wondering how bad the economy is going to be. Yet they continue with “business as usual”. And I mean that literally. Corporate CEOs are still making the calls on how governments act, making certain that their interests are the same as always, growing the economy until it collapses, resources are running out, the climate has gone haywire, and civil unrest turns into the end of civilization- to put it nicely.

Either Mitt Romney or Barack Obama, as president, will continue to do the bidding of the corporations. So will every candidate who has any chance of winning the presidency. When corporate CEOs speak, presidents listen and obey. Whoever wins, I will let you know how they deal with the Trans-Pacific Partnership and the yearly North American summits. I can guarantee they will embrace both, plus the integration of the European Union and the United States.

The word for Americans in the 21st Century: Survival. The end of the sovereign United States of America will happen before 2050, as a result of the continued efforts of our presidents, and by the totality of the Mexican people who have declared that now will be their “manifest destiny”, a Spanish-speaking continent under Latino control. And white Americans will not be welcome.

The “leaders” of America have guaranteed it.
