Mexicans will take over a large part of the United States. Our government wants them to support Social Security and corporations want them for cheap labor, legal or not. What do you call it when a corporate/government partnership destroys their own nation for greed?President Obama announced on Wednesday, November 14, 2012, that he would “begin the process in Congress for a mass amnesty bill very soon after his inauguration.”

He “… cited the Hispanic turnout during last week’s election as his motivation for moving immigration up on his list of agenda items.”

Obama has another reason for pushing to legalize 11 million illegal aliens. It’s needed to complete the integration of North America, Canada and Mexico. Eventually the goal is to change the makeup of the American population from white to Latino, bringing in this cheap labor from Mexico to bring wages down for American workers. It’s for the corporations, so they can compete with the third world.

Remember that Obama signed off on the three trade agreements with South Korea, Colombia and Panama, costing American workers 158,000 jobs. Now he’s pushing this huge new trade agreement, the Trans-Pacific Partnership, which includes a number of third world countries waiting to collect more American jobs.

Obama is not your friend if you need a job. Romney would be doing the same thing if he were president. Corporations are pushing this partnership and putting it together. So your votes were in vain.

For anyone out there who still believes that the president is trying to help American workers get jobs, you would be mistaken. For example, ” …a new analysis of government data shows that two-thirds of the net increase in employment since President Obama took office has gone to immigrant workers, primarily legal immigrants. Although the level of new immigration overall has fallen, legal immigration remains very high. While economists debate the extent to which immigrants displace natives, the new data make clear that there is no general labor shortage in the United States. This analysis calls into question the wisdom of bringing in more than a million new legal immigrants each year at a time when the employment situation remains bleak.” Example:

“Since President Obama took office, 67 percent of employment growth has gone to immigrants (legal and illegal).”

(See Steven A. Camarota and Karen Zeigler for more details of their article.)

The American flag flies upside down below the Mexican flag. The present Mexican population has loyalty to Mexico and claims that America is now their "manifest destiny".The grand plan to provide 120 million Mexicans as cheap labor and provide more Social Security money for retiring Americans starts with the 11 million illegal aliens in the United States. They must be legalized in order to declare operational control of our borders. When all three nations, Mexico, the United States and Canada, declare operational control of their outer borders, integration can go forward. (Wikileak has a 2005  State Department message from Canada to Washington on hiding the integration of North America from the citizens. Find it at the end of this article.)

The road map  for North American integration is from the Council on Foreign Relations plan for Building a North American Community. The plan was being implemented by George W. Bush utilizing this CFR document and later President Obama took on his project, including the integration of the Western Hemisphere, 34 nations. Obama’s  North American perimeter around the U.S. and Canada-and later Mexico, came from the CFR plan highlighted below. The president is in the process of ending the United States as a sovereign nation.

The goal of this integrated North America is a free flow of cheap labor throughout the continent. Here is the documentation from the CFR plan. Find the pages listed below in this CFR plan:

“A long-term goal should be to create a ‘North American preference’ “new rules that would make it much easier for employees to move and for employers to recruit across national boundaries within the continent. This would enhance North American competitiveness, increase productivity, contribute to Mexico’s development, and address one of the main outstanding issues on the Mexican-U.S. bilateral agenda. (p.26)

“Canada and the United States should consider eliminating restrictions on labor mobility altogether and work toward solutions that, in the long run, could enable the extension of full labor mobility to Mexico as well.”  (pp. 26, 27 CFR plan)

Here’s more:

“Implement the Social Security Totalization Agreement negotiated between the United States and Mexico. This agreement would recognize payroll contributions to each other’s systems, thus preventing double taxation.” (p.27)

This would make it easy for Mexicans to become vested much earlier than American workers. Americans working in both countries (a few thousand) and Mexicans working in both countries (Unlimited) would pay into a single Social Security account. This would bankrupt the U.S. system since Mexican workers and their large extended families would eat up the funds. )

The Social Security Totalization Agreement has already been agreed to (George W. Bush, 2004) but has not been voted on. They have tried to sneak it in an amnesty bill but failed. There would be a  U.S. Social Security office in Mexico City. If enacted, it would be a disaster for American retirees.

Still more:

“Move to full labor mobility between Canada and the United States. To make companies based in North America as competitive as possible in the global economy, Canada and the United States should consider eliminating all remaining barriers to the ability of their citizens to live and work in the other country. This free flow of people would offer an important advantage to employers in both countries by giving them rapid access to a larger pool of skilled labor….”

NAFTA Corridors will carry "citizens" of North America across the continent without stopping at borders.“In the long term, the two countries should work to extend this policy to Mexico as well, though doing so will not be practical until wage differentials between Mexico and its two North American neighbors have diminished considerably.”

(That means the wages of workers in Canada and the U.S. must lower their wages drastically to compete with the third world. Open borders will destroy the wages of American workers as “free labor” will be available throughout the continent. Unemployment for American citizens will rise dramatically, becoming a large group of destitute and desperate citizens.)

This new North American access to continental labor includes professionals, too.

“The three governments should devote more resources to leading and creating incentives that would encourage the professional associations of each of the three countries to develop shared standards that would facilitate short-term professional labor mobility within North America.” (p. 28 from CFR link above)

This document can be found in the last two administrations’ State Department archives, hidden somewhere. You can ask for it by name, using your rights. They may give you a hard time but the document is there, with a link to Building a North American Community but doesn’t tell you how to access it. Otherwise, use the CFR link above.  Read the article. It tells you exactly what I have been reporting to you for 8 years.

Here is an excerpt:

USNORTHCOM is training Mexican forces to end the drug cartels and claim operational control of its borders. Then the interior border with the United States can be opened to the "free flow of people" throughout North America.“Establishment by 2010 of a security and economic community for North America is an ambitious but achievable goal that is consistent with this principle, and, more important, buttresses the goals and values of CITIZENS of North America,…”

The most important part of this integrated North America was put forth in “AMNESTY BILLS” from 2005 until 2009 by John McCain and others but none passed.  Obama took charge of the project and announced he was building a North American perimeter with Canada. He also made bilateral agreements in 2010 with Mexico to bring it along at a different pace while USNORTHCOM helps that country gain “operational control” of its borders.

This is the most important part of the project:

“The key recommendation,…was for the three nations to move toward establishing a common security perimeter by 2010.” ‘It is important for all three governments to commit themselves to security within that zone, thereby alleviating the need to build some barriers at our mutual borders.’”

(It means the internal borders between Mexico and the United States and between Canada and the United States will be open to citizens of all three nations to “live and work” anywhere they please. It is based on the European Union system. Integrated data bases for the whole union are utilized for all citizens and are accessible by business, government, and police.)

The future for Americans is not pleasant. It means long term unemployment and all that comes with that. The most important governing body will be Homeland Security and USNORTHCOM, the vast network of civilian and military entities from all three nations, designed to keep the masses in line. Their area of control encompasses North America and most of the Gulf of Mexico.
